Quiche – Vegetarian or Bacon (single dinner portion)
This is a great option to have in the freezer for an easy dinner. Just take it out in time for it to defrost in the fridge and then heat 180C for 10 minutes. Cover with foil if you do not wish the quiche to brown further. Check it is hot all the way through before eating. I use a food thermometer to do this and like my food to reach 70C in the middle.
Please remember we need time to make chilled meals so 24 hours notice is preferred. Food is delivered double wrapped and ready for the freezer. Do not freeze for more than 3 months.
Select vegetarian (corn and capsicum) or bacon for your crustless quiche. We make these quiches larger than the regular lunch time ones so that they are more filling for dinner.
