Chicken Pot Pie (single)
This is a great option to have in the freezer for an easy dinner. Just take it out in time for it to defrost in the fridge and then heat 180C for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you would like to brown the pastry further. Check it is hot all the way through before eating. I use a food thermometer to do this and like my chicken pie to reach 70C in the middle.
Please remember we need time to make pies so 24 hours notice is preferred. Food is delivered double wrapped and ready for the freezer. Do not freeze for more than 3 months.
