Beef / Cottage Cheese Healthy Lasagna (family of 4 size)
This is a great option to have in the freezer for an easy dinner. Just take it out in time for it to defrost in the fridge and then heat 180C for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you would like to brown the cheese on top further. Check it is hot all the way through before eating. I use a food thermometer to do this and like my food to reach 70C in the middle.
Please remember we need time to make chilled meals so 24 hours notice is preferred. Food is delivered double wrapped and ready for the freezer. Do not freeze for more than 3 months.
Note – most of the veges in this are not visible in the final product (except tomatoes!). It is all grated / chopped small so that it looks like a meat lasagna.

- pumpkin (when in season)
- cottage cheese (low fat)
- herbs (marjoram, oregano, basil, garlic)
