Baked Cheesecake – family size
There is nothing as good as a proper baked cheesecake. They are so rich and decadent it is always a treat. This cake is one of my all time favourites and definitely a go to for special occasions. It is best served with whipped cream. If you fancy it then you can add a fruit sauce to the side.
Because it is so rich, this cake can be sliced thinly to offer a large number of slices but usually just slice it for 10 or 12 , hoping for left overs. We also make mini cheese cakes if you prefer.
Please remember we need time to make chilled meals so 24 hours notice is preferred. This cake is not suitable for freezing.
- Crust – biscuits (gingernuts) and butter.
- Filling – cream cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, lemon.
